Its stats are 70 speed, 24 3 pointer, 94 defense, 66 dribbling, 82 shooting and 51 passing. To complete the set and get the card, players will need 20 basketball player cards. The NBA Finals East Master set is similar to the first one in terms of completion requirements. Twenty player item cards are needed to obtain the Chauncey Billups ’04 card. This one also has 97 OVR just like the O’Neal card. Billups has point guard position and the following stats: 88 speed, 93 3 pointer, 78 defense, 93 dribbling, 80 shooting and 90 passing.
